As you walk in the barn for your reception, we will have the venue staged for your event with tables, chairs, pressed linens, and even White Barn centerpieces in place if you choose to use them and so much more!

At The White Barn Venue, our mission is to ensure your wedding planning experience is both seamless and filled with joy, allowing you to cherish every moment as you embark on a beautiful new chapter together.
Our team is present from the start of your event until its conclusion, ensuring every detail is managed for a seamless experience.
Upon arrival, your guests will find everything prepared for the ceremony, allowing you to focus on your walk down the aisle. A beautifully staged reception awaits inside the Barn, complete with arranged tables and chairs, freshly pressed linens, elegant centerpieces, and more.
Our goal is for you to fully enjoy your special day, entrusting all the details to us.

Wedding and Ceremony Package
1-day rental Friday or Saturday 9am-11pm
2-day rental Friday 10am - 7pm and Saturday 9am -11pm
1-day rental Sunday 9am - 9pm
Intimate Wedding Package
5-hour rental Friday or Saturday between 2pm-10pm or Sunday between 2pm-9pm
Reception Only Package
5-hour rental Friday or Saturday between 2pm-10pm
Sundays between 2pm-9pm
Vendors
We offer you the flexibility to choose your own vendors, but we also provide a Preferred Vendors list for your convenience, highlighting those we recommend for your event. While you are not limited to this list, please note that all caterers must be licensed.
Alcohol
The White Barn Venue handles all bar and alcohol services, exclusively featuring beer and wine, with no liquor available. The necessary alcohol permit and insurance are also included. Bartending services are offered at no extra charge for up to 150 guests. If the guest count exceeds 150 or if more than three kegs are needed, an additional bartender can be arranged by the White Barn for an extra fee.
Initial Consultation and Planning
Your package includes planning meetings at the 90 and 30-day marks prior to your event, designed to ensure everything flows smoothly while we cover all your specific details. Additionally, you will enjoy round-the-clock access to our Venue Coordinator.
Discounts
We take great pride in offering a 10% discount to our brides and grooms who are active duty service members or veterans, along with First Responders. Please provide proof of service documentation.
